Booking & Confirmation Factory visits are strictly by prior online booking only. Entry will be permitted only upon confirmation email/message from our team. Patanwala reserves the right to reschedule or cancel visits due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. In case of rescheduling from our end, an alternate date will be offered. 2. Production & Area Access The factory operates based on dynamic production schedules. Not all sections or production lines may be operational during your visit. Access to certain areas may be restricted due to hygiene, safety, compliance, or operational reasons. Visitors acknowledge that production activity visibility is subject to the schedule on the day of visit. 3. Safety & Hygiene Protocol Visitors must strictly follow all safety and hygiene instructions provided by the team. Hairnets, shoe covers, masks, or protective gear (if provided) must be worn where required.Any visitor failing to comply with safety guidelines may be denied access or requested to exit the premises. 3 Sample Event Details Visitors with contagious illnesses are advised not to attend. 4. No Photography or Videography Photography, videography, audio recording, or live streaming is strictly prohibited inside the production and processing areas during the tour. Unauthorized recording may lead to immediate termination of the visit and further necessary action. 5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property Visitors agree not to disclose, replicate, share, or commercially use any information observed during the visit, including processes, equipment setup, sourcing methods, formulations, or operational systems. All manufacturing processes and trade practices remain the intellectual property of Patanwala. 6. Conduct During Visit Visitors must behave responsibly and respectfully at all times. Touching equipment, machinery, or products without permission is not allowed. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times. Patanwala reserves the right to deny entry to any individual deemed disruptive or unsafe. 7. Liability Visitors enter the premises at their own risk. While all reasonable safety measures are maintained, Patanwala shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from non-compliance with safety instructions. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the visitor. 8. Timing & Reporting Visitors are required to report at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced tour duration or denial of entry. 9. Amendments Patanwala reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Patanwala reserves the right to decline answering questions related to proprietary processes, trade practices, or competitive information.
